Job Requirements

 

  1. Full warehouse assistant storekeeper
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management;
  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computation;
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time;
  • Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system;
  • High integrity personality;
  • Able to work night, weekends, and holidays;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be in a good physical and health condition;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, management or related field;
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
  1. Logistics data clerk
  • Enjoy clerical and administrative activities;
  • Good numeracy skills;
  • A methodical approach to work;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Sound interpretation and analysis skills;
  • Fluency in English or French;
  • Minimum of a post-secondary diploma or equivalent;
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft office.

 

  1. Continuous Improvement Manager
  • Knowledge and skills of Total Productive Management /Continuous Improvement;
  • Ability to develop strategies and incorporate Six Sigma, Agile and other practices
  • Provide Mentorship in applying Lean, six sigma and other tools;
  • Excellent communication skills oral & written, good influencer & challenger;
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines & deliver results;
  • Bachelor’s degree education level preferably in business management, manufacturing, engineering;
  • At least 3 years of proven continuous improvement experience in manufacturing company in a similar role.

 

  1. Sponsorship Liaison officer
  • Understanding of sponsorship contract & brand rights;
  • Excellent understanding of cycling rules & Rwandan cycling races calendar- passionate about cycling;
  • Excellent communication skills oral & written, good influencer & challenger;
  • Organization skills (keep track of meeting calendar, attend and follow up on actions points, regular feedback on status of execution, adhere to agreed budget);
  • Previous working experience in a commercial/event environment – sponsorship is an added advantage;
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
