UNIBRA has had brewing operations in Africa since the mid-twentieth century. The company is proud to produce and commercialize SKOL, a very successful brand selling over 45,000,000 hectoliters internationally as one of the TOP 5 beer brands worldwide. Currently SKOL can be found in more than 10 African countries.
SBL is operating in Rwanda since 2010 and is now one of the fastest growing companies in the country reaching 25% market shares. Since beginning its operations in Rwanda, Skol brewery has introduced different brands to the market providing a refreshing choice of beers to satisfy various tastes.

1. PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

The jobholder is responsible to manage and lead the set of decision making processes of Demand and Supply Planning to ensure balance between demand and supply.

KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Organize and ensure proper functioning of demand and supply planning processes across the company;

• Develop and implement set of required tools for data collection and information management to ensure effective demand and supply processes;

• Integrate operational plans with financial plans to enable the business to be operated with one set of numbers;

• Manage cross-functional tactical planning activities in order identify critical internal & external factors to deliver on balanced demand & supply plan;

• Own S&OP meeting, drive S&OP Best Practices and train & couch all involved in the process;

• Organize & manage materials intake, storage and issues with external and external stakeholders ensure minimum loss during this process;

• Strong execution skills and emphasis on attention to detail;

• Leadership skills / Coaching skills;

• Dynamism, creativity, flexibility;

• Having high level of integrity;

•Excellent communication skills oral and written, good influencer & challenger;

• At least 3 years of proven planning experience in manufacturing company in a similar role;

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably business administration, finance, IT) required;

• Fully computer literate (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point);

• Problem solving and resolution skills;

• Fluent in English and / or French

2. PROJECTS MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

The Jobholder is responsible for ensuring that company’s investment projects are delivered on time, in full scope and within the approved budget.

KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to organize and ensure required level of company’s investment projects (CAPEX projects) management based on company procedures and requirements;

• Organize and lead collection of data and information to define and justify needs for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects in the company;

• Prepare Business Cases (BCs) and presentations for CAPEX projects for company management with required level of justification;

• Prepare Request For Quotations (RFQs) based on company’s requirements by involving internal and external experts;

• Organize and lead tender process with potential suppliers with support of Unibra/SIE responsible people;

• Lead a project team (s) for implementation of CAPEX project(s) to deliver on approved project(s) objectives;

• Able to develop & implement projects management process standard operating procedures (SOP’s) based on companies’ policies & requirements;

• Able to participate & contribute to the development of brewery strategy as part of the brewery senior management team;

• Good communication skills;

• Strong execution skills and emphasis on attention to detail

• Problem solving and resolution skills using formal engineering methodologies;

• Leadership skills / Coaching skills;

• Having high level of integrity;

• Leadership skills / Coaching skills;

• Dynamism, creativity, flexibility.

• At least 5 years of proven projects’ management experience in a similar role;

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering;

• Fully computer literate (MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Excel);
